Who we are

The Richland County Foster & Adoptive Parent Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization focused on making a difference in the lives of everyone in the Richland County child-welfare system. We're here for the foster parents, the kinship parents, and the adoptive parents. Most importantly, we're here for the children and the families affected by this journey.

Our Purpose

The purpose of the Richland County Foster & Adoptive Parent Association is to support and strengthen foster, adoptive, and relative-kinship care families and the children in our county that they serve.

Our Promise
